Jack Wilshere has allegedly held talks with West Ham United over the possibility of joining the club on a free transfer.
The midfielder, who recently left Arsenal following the expiration of his contract, has met with Hammers representatives to discuss the deal, according to Sky Sports News.
Previous reports suggest that Wilshere was reluctant to join West Ham as the club is only willing to offer him a one-year contract, and it is unclear whether the alleged negotiations have swayed him.
Everton, Southampton and Juventus are also said to have approached the 26-year-old, while Turkish outfit Fenerbahce have been touted as a possible alternative destination.
Arsenal academy product Wilshere made almost 200 first-team appearances for the Gunners during his career at the Emirates Stadium.
