West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce is reportedly ready to make a £3m move for West Bromwich Albion midfielder Graham Dorrans.
The 26-year-old has struggled to nail down a regular first-team spot under Baggies boss Steve Clarke and made 20 Premier League appearances last season.
Allardyce wants to take advantage by signing the Scottish international in a cut-price deal this week, according to The Sun.
Cardiff City and Norwich City are also reported to be monitoring the midfielder's situation closely, with Dorrans free to talk terms if a suitable offer arrives at The Hawthorns this summer.
Dorrans has made more than 150 appearances for West Brom in five seasons after making a £100,000 switch in 2008.
