A report claims that Newcastle United are interested in signing West Ham United winger Matt Taylor.

Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew is reportedly preparing a move for West Ham United midfielder Matt Taylor.

The 31-year-old struggled to produce his best form last season, but he did manage 25 league appearances for the Hammers.

However, according to talkSPORT, Pardew has placed the winger high on his wanted list as he prepares his Magpies squad for the new season.

Taylor has also played for Portsmouth and Bolton Wanderers.
