West Ham United defender Dan Potts has extended his loan stay with Colchester United by a further month.
The 18-year-old, who moved to the Colchester Community Stadium on November 22, will now remain in Essex until January 27.
He has made three appearances for the League One side and the extension means that he will be available for another eight games.
Potts has featured six times for the Hammers' first team since December 2011.
