West Ham United have reportedly become the latest side to have shown an interest in signing Argentinian teenager Naza Bazan Vera.
The 17-year-old, who is a part of the Velez Sarsfield set-up, is understood to have already been closely monitored by Premier League trio Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea.
According to The Sun, West Ham have emerged as serious contenders to land the youngster but could face stern competition from La Liga outfit Villarreal.
It is claimed that the Spanish side lead the race to sign Bazan Vera as he already owns a European passport and can move from South America without a work permit and thus avoid any red tape.
Bazan Vera, close to earning a call-up to Argentina's Under-20s side ahead of schedule, has previously been compared to compatriot Paulo Dybala.
