Razvan Rat has been released by West Ham United, the club have confirmed.
The Romanian left-back joined from Shakhtar Donetsk in the summer and made 20 appearances for the Hammers. However, he has now been given a free transfer.
The club released a statement, which said: "The club would like to thank Razvan for his efforts and wish him all the best in his future career."
West Ham signed defender Pablo Armero from Napoli earlier on transfer deadline day.
