West Ham United are reportedly closing in on the £35.9m signing of Eintracht Frankfurt forward Sebastien Haller.
The Hammers have recently sold Marko Arnautovic to Chinese side Shanghai SIPG, while Andy Carroll was released at the end of his contract last month.
Manuel Pellegrini finds himself needing to replace at least one of those players as he looks to help the Hammers into the top seven of the Premier League next season.
According to L'Equipe, it appears that the East London outfit are ready to shell out a substantial fee on Haller, who contributed 15 goals and nine assists in the Bundesliga during the most recent campaign.
The report adds that Haller was initially against signing for West Ham due to holding a desire to represent a club competing on the European scene.
However, it is claimed that the 25-year-old has changed his mind, leaving the door open for a switch to the London Stadium.
