Wigan Athletic midfielder Michael Jacobs has suggested that his side are playing with enough confidence to continue their unbeaten league run.
The Latics extended their record to 10 matches with a 2-0 victory over Rochdale this afternoon, and the former Wolverhampton Wanderers man believes that the team's streak will carry on.
"You can tell the way we play, the way we try to play, we've got a lot character," Jacobs told Sky Sports News after the match. "We're producing performances and picking up results.
"Today was a big win for us, it takes us two points off the top of the league, and if we continue the way we're playing then there's no reason why we can't keep the unbeaten run going."
Wigan - who sit fifth in the League One table - will take on Shrewsbury Town in their next fixture on Saturday, November 21.
