Wigan Athletic's Gary Caldwell is one of four nominees in the running to be crowned October's Manager of the Month in League One.
The 33-year-old has seen his promotion-chasing side click into gear in recent weeks, with the club's unbeaten streak currently standing at nine games.
That run includes a 5-0 victory over Colchester United, while Peterborough United and Swindon Town have also been on the losing end in a profitable month for the Latics.
Dean Saunders and Mark Robbins are also in contention for the accolade, helping Chesterfield and Scunthorpe United remain in the running for promotion.
The sides are currently level on 23 points, having won five games and four games respectively throughout the month of October.
Bradford City boss Phil Parkinson completes the list, with the Bantams' slow start - two points from the first 12 on offer - now looking a thing of the past.
The winner will be announced on Friday morning.
