Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez has hailed his side's "historic" victory over Manchester United.
The Latics claimed their first ever Premier League win over the Red Devils with a 1-0 triumph at the DW Stadium this evening.
"Today is a historic day for us," Martinez told Sky Sports News. "The win and the manner that we got the win, the way that the fans really pushed us over the line in the last five minutes - it was an historic moment."
Seventeenth-placed Wigan are now two points clear of the relegation zone.
