Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez has revealed that he will sort out his future at the club with chairman Dave Whelan next week.
The Spaniard has been in charge of the Latics since 2009, but has seen speculation surround his future at the DW Stadium following their relegation to the Championship.
The club and their fans are desperate to hold on to the services of Martinez, but the boss isn't giving anything away regarding his next step.
"Over the next week we'll sit down with the chairman and we'll decide," Martinez told Sky Sports News.
"But it's just a time to be proud of the achievement of the last eight years at this level, making sure we can bounce back.
"But the football club financially and in terms of history, we're ready to break even more ground, playing in the Europa League in the group stages, and carry on making that belief and pride of Wigan very strong."
Martinez guided Wigan to FA Cup success this season.
