Wigan Athletic midfielder James McCarthy has claimed that no-one at the club is concerned by the threat of relegation.
The Latics have recently ended a run of eight straight defeats by winning two of their last three fixtures.
However, they still remain in the relegation zone after 15 matches.
Despite their lowly position, McCarthy believes that his side are "good enough" to survive in the Premier League.
"The main thing is that we are not worried," the 21-year-old told Sky Sports News. "We know we are good enough to stay in the Premier League.
"We have got a good enough squad and it is just about putting a good enough run of results together to kick us up that table.
"I think it's just a matter of time if we keep playing, keep passing the ball. I'm sure we will kick on."
