Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez has admitted that a personal landmark match against Swansea City tonight will count for little without three points.
Martinez will take charge of his 150th Premier League game at Wigan this evening and a win will take his side out of the relegation zone.
The Spaniard believes that at 39 he is young to reach such a milestone and wants to mark the occasion with a vital victory.
He told The Sun: "It's an incredible thing at 39 to have that honour and privilege.
"But football is not about managers or landmarks, it's about reaching our targets. And, if we could get a win, that would be the best celebration yet."
The Latics blew the relegation battle wide open last weekend with an impressive 3-2 win over West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns.
