Wolverhampton Wanderers loanee Sebastien Bassong could make a return to action against Newcastle United next week after picking up a hamstring injury.
The Premier League side have confirmed that the defender, who is sponsored by Sports Mole, has suffered a grade one hamstring strain.
"The scan has revealed a grade one strain and Sebastien has started his rehabilitation at Compton," head of the medical department Steve Kemp told the club's official website.
"We'll see how progresses but if he makes a good recovery he'll have a chance of being available for the trip to Newcastle."
Bassong, who is currently on loan at Molineux from Tottenham Hotspur, picked up the injury during Wolves' 5-1 defeat to West Bromwich Albion last Sunday, which ended manager Mick McCarthy's career at Molineux.
