Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Bruno Lage has insisted that he is not concerned about Raul Jimenez's lack of goals so far this season.
The Mexico international has reclaimed his rightful spot at the tip of the attack after recovering from his sickening skull fracture but is yet to find the back of the net in four Premier League matches.
Wolves enter Saturday's game with Brentford boasting just two goals from their opening four games of the new season, but Lage has talked up Jimenez's playmaking ability amid his poor fortunes in front of goal.
"You see it the wrong way, I see it in the positive ways. He [Jimenez] is a striker creating chances," Lage was quoted as saying by the Express & Star.
"They (forwards) live for goals, but Raul is an experienced guy. It's not a concern because of the way he works for the team."
Jimenez has scored 48 goals and set up 18 more in 114 games for Wolves across all competitions and is expected to lead the line once more against the Bees this weekend. body check tags ::
