Alan Curbishley is reportedly due to hold talks with Wolverhampton Wanderers today over the vacant manager's position.
Wolves owner and chairman Steve Morgan will fly in from a holiday to meet with the former Charlton and West Ham United boss.
Curbishley has already expressed interest in the job, but Wolves are also said to be interested in former Sunderland boss Steve Bruce.
Mick McCarthy was sacked as Wolves manager following the team's 5-1 home defeat to West Bromwich Albion on Sunday.
