Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder David Edwards has urged his teammates to put in an impressive performance against Sunderland this weekend.
The 25-year-old believes that the side's recent results have 'let down' the supporters as well as manager Mick McCarthy.
"I think in the first half we let the fans down and we let the manager down as well," The Mirror quotes Edwards as saying. "We've got to do better and hopefully we can rectify that by getting three points on Sunday."
The Premier League side have recorded eight defeats in their last ten matches.
