Wolverhampton Wanderers head coach Kenny Jackett has hinted that Michal Zyro will remain on the bench for the West Midlands derby with Birmingham City.
On Tuesday night, Zyro made his first appearance in almost two months as he helped Wolves beat Bristol City, but despite his impact on the game, Jackett has suggested that he will limit the Polish winger's playing time on Sunday afternoon.
The 54-year-old is quoted by the Express & Star as saying: "We certainly hope we can build some momentum. We have to be careful with Michal because he picked up a calf strain pretty quickly – we don't want that to happen again."
Zyro has netted three goals in three Championship games since signing from Legia Warsaw at the start of the January transfer window.
