Russell Slade and Kenny Jackett have been named as the first ever joint winners of the LMA League One Manager of the Year award.
Jackett led Wolverhampton Wanderers back to the Championship in record-breaking fashion this season, while Leyton Orient manager Slade finished the campaign in third place as he became the club's most successful ever manager.
The award, which was handed out during a ceremony in London on Monday evening, is voted for by fellow managers.
Orient face Peterborough United on Tuesday night for a place in the League One playoff final, with the game delicately poised at 1-1 after the first leg.
