Former Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Michael Gray believes that the club made a mistake in appointing Terry Connor as boss.
Connor replaced Mick McCarthy at the helm last month, but recent results have left Wolves bottom of the Premier League.
"I feel for Terry, he's a lovely fella, but I think he's a coach. Wolves have made two huge mistakes, the first by getting rid of Mick McCarthy and the second by not appointing someone with a bit of experience, to try to give them the opportunity to beat relegation," Gray told talkSPORT.
"I think they're going to find it really hard and I can't see them getting out of it."
Wolves face Norwich in the Premier League on Saturday.
