Wolverhampton Wanderers head coach Kenny Jackett has suggested that he will not strengthen his first-team squad before the end of the transfer window.
Since the end of last season, Jackett has made half-a-dozen new signings, but despite continuing to be linked with potential transfers, Jackett has insisted that he is happy with the competition for places.
The 53-year-old is quoted by the Express & Star as saying: "Is it likely that we'll bring any players in before the window on September 1? No it's not likely.
"We're always looking to strengthen and that is an ongoing process. We have, we feel, good competition and cover for every single position."
Wolves began the new Championship campaign with a 2-1 victory away at Blackburn Rovers.
