Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Raul Jimenez has revealed that he would like to return to La Liga in the future.
Since leaving Benfica for Wolves in 2018, Jimenez has established himself as a key man at Molineux with 32 goals from 71 appearances in all competitions.
The Mexican's stint in the West Midlands represents the first time since 2014 that he has been regarded as one of the first names on the team sheet.
However, after a disappointing period with Atletico Madrid during the 2014-15 campaign, Jimenez has indicated that he would like another opportunity to ply his trade in Spain.
Speaking to Marca, the 28-year-old said: "I had a good taste in my mouth and I would like to come back at some point, try what is again Spanish La Liga because I missed playing a little more. It is not ruled out to return."
Jimenez made four starts and 17 substitute outings in La Liga, scoring just one goal.
