Wolverhampton Wanderers winger Michael Kightly will reportedly undergo a medical at Stoke City on Tuesday ahead of a £3m transfer.
Meanwhile, Kightly's arrival at Stoke means that the club are preparing to sell Jermaine Pennant, according to the Daily Star.
Kightly was one the few Wolves players to impress during a dismal 2011-12 campaign, with that form earning the 26-year-old an instant return to the Premier League.
Stoke City begin the new season against newly-promoted Reading on Saturday, August 18.
