Wolverhampton Wanderers head coach Kenny Jackett has confirmed that Rajiv van La Parra is on the verge of joining Bolton Wanderers on loan.
The winger made 40 appearances last term, but he has fallen out of favour at Molineux this season, having started just three Championship games.
As a result, the 24-year-old has opted to make a temporary switch to the Macron Stadium in a bid to gain regular match action.
"I've asked Rajiv what he wants to do. He wants to take the opportunity to go and play some games, that's his choice," the Express & Star quotes Jackett as saying.
"We need to make space and for Rajiv he wants to go to Bolton. He just wants to play games."
Jackett also revealed that the departure of Van La Parra would mean that reported Oxford United target Jordan Graham will remain with the club.
