Roma have reportedly identified Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Leander Dendoncker as a potential January arrival.
Dendoncker is currently spending the season on loan at Wolves, who will complete the permanent transfer of the Belgium international from Anderlecht in the summer.
However, the 23-year-old has been limited to just three starts and one substitute outing in all competitions by head coach Nuno Espirito Santo, and it has resulted in speculation regarding his future.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Roma hold an interest in the versatile player and his agent has already made contract with the Italian giants.
The report suggests that Roma would be willing to agree terms over a loan-to-buy deal, although Wolves are unlikely to give the green light to any move unless they bring in a like-for-like replacement.
