A violent riot has erupted in Brazil during Atletico Paranaense's game against Vasco da Gama just 48 hours after the World Cup group-stage draw, with Brazilian media outlet Globo reporting one death.
Other reports have suggested that three people have been seriously injured following the riot, which has broken out during the match in Curitiba.

A number of players are in shock, with military police trying to bring the crowd under control.
It has also been reported that military officials have claimed that they will be able to keep control in the stands if the authorities wish for the game to continue.
