The World Cup qualifying match between Sudan and Zambia on June 2 has been overturned due to Sudan fielding an ineligible player in the encounter.
Sudan had won the match 2-0, but FIFA's disciplinary committee have now awarded a 3-0 win to Zambia.
It is understood that Sudan midfielder Saif Ali should not have played due to a suspension, leading to a complaint.
The result means that Zambia move to the top of African Group D.
