Nico Rosberg set the fastest time of an incident-filled third and final practice session at the Monaco Grand Prix this morning.
Reigning three-time world champion Sebastian Vettel was one of the first big names out and he set the early pace ahead of the Mercedes duo of Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton before a huge crash from Ferrari's Felipe Massa briefly red-flagged the session.
The Brazilian appeared to be unable to turn his wheels braking into first corner Sainte Devote and smacked into the barrier before bouncing to a stop.
Despite the impact, the Brazilian was unhurt and will now hope that the car is ready in time to feature during qualifying this afternoon.
The session resumed and just moments later Force India's Adrian Sutil also crashed his car but it resulted in just a yellow flag.
Lotus man Romain Grosjean went fastest but then also crashed at Sainte Devote and he was soon put into second by Rosberg, who was also quickest in the first two practice sessions on Friday.
