McLaren driver Lewis Hamilton has insisted that he is happy with his car ahead of the Italian Grand Prix, but he believes that the team still have work to do to win on Sunday.
The 2008 world champion finished top of Friday's second practice session and he is looking for points after he was part of the four-car collision at Spa last weekend.
"We have a great car. The guys have done a great job back at the factory to tune the aerodynamic package that we have for this weekend," the 27-year-old told Sky Sports News.
"It's close between us and the other cars, and we are not in a bad position, but we still have some work to do.
"We still need to find some time and try and improve down the long straights around the track."
Hamilton has been linked with a move to Mercedes this week, with his contract at McLaren due to expire at the end of the season.
