Former world champion Lewis Hamilton has said that he is close to signing a new contract with McLaren.
Rumours have been circulating around the futures of many Formula 1 drivers, and the Brit is one to have been linked with a move away from his current team.
However, Hamilton says that he is happy with McLaren and that he isn't too far away from agreeing a new deal with his current employers.
"I haven't sat down and forged all the criteria I am looking for, but probably 95% is ticked off within McLaren," said Hamilton.
"There could be small things, like I'd like to keep my trophies I win. But Ron's never going to want to give them up.
"That's all right, I'll get him on the money side!"
Hamilton's current contract with McLaren expires at the end of the season.
