Nico Rosberg has edged ahead of Mercedes teammate and championship rival Lewis Hamilton in final practice for the Brazilian Grand Prix.
The German, who is 19 points ahead, will be crowned champion on Sunday if he completes a hat-trick of Brazil victories following wins in 2014 and 2015.
Rosberg's lap of 1:11.740, set on a damp circuit after persistent overnight rain, was 0.093 faster than Hamilton's best effort, although the latter was fastest in both of Friday's practice sessions.
Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel was third quickest, 0.219 seconds off the pace, while Kimi Raikkonen and the Red Bulls of Max Verstappen and Daniel Ricciardo sit further back, with only 0.5 seconds separating the top six.
