World championship leader Lewis Hamilton completed a practice double at the Italian Grand Prix this afternoon by topping the timesheet in second practice after dominating this morning's first session.
Hamilton was almost half a second quicker than Mercedes teammate Nico Rosberg this morning, but the German nearly went faster in the second session.
Rosberg went round the breakneck Monza circuit in 1:24.300, but Hamilton was two-hundredths quicker to again lead the way.
Like this morning, Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel was third and followed by Sergio Perez and Nico Hulkenberg, both of Force India. That left Vettel's Ferrari teammate Kimi Raikkonen outside the top five in second practice for the first time this season.
Further back, the Red Bulls struggled and Daniil Kvyat was dead last behind Jenson Button, who only managed 15 laps all day today due to problems with his McLaren.
