Lewis Hamilton has said that he expects to be hampered by tyre problems at this weekend's Japanese Grand Prix.
The Mercedes driver was fastest in the first practice session at Suzuka earlier today, before slipping to sixth in P2.
The Briton told Sky Sports News: "I don't really know to be honest. We just did the long run but I don't know how competitive I was compared to the others.
"It didn't feel too bad for me, but the rear tyres became a bit of a problem and the Red Bull flew past me, so that didn't look too good."
Hamilton, who finished fifth in last weekend's Korean Grand Prix, sits fourth in the driver rankings for this season.
