Lewis Hamilton has raised concerns regarding his engines this season after the Mercedes driver was forced out of the Malaysian Grand Prix despite occupying first place during lap 43.
Hamilton's title hopes were dealt a huge blow when flames appeared to come from his car, leaving Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo to take the race and Hamilton's teammate Nico Rosberg to finish in third.
"My question is to Mercedes. We have so many engines made, but mine are the only ones failing this year," Hamilton told BBC Radio 5 live after the race.
"Someone needs to give me some answers because this is not acceptable. We are fighting for the championship and only my engines are failing. It does not sit right with me."
Hamilton currently occupies second place in the standings with 265 points, while first-placed Rosberg has 288.
