Kimi Antonelli's Formula 1 testing campaign is now underway with momentum.

Prior to the Easter holidays, news surfaced that Toto Wolff's 17-year-old charge was slated for two days of testing in a Mercedes vehicle from two years prior, set to take place at Imola.

Subsequently, reports from La Repubblica indicate the promising Italian is scheduled to test at the Red Bull Ring on the 16th of April, marking a significant phase in his comprehensive Formula 1 testing strategy for the year 2024.

"After that, the German team wants to understand whether to choose him for life after (Lewis) Hamilton," the publication from Italy reported.

In addition, Antonelli is expected to undertake tests at "various" "European tracks," according to La Repubblica.
