Lewis Hamilton has said that his relationship with teammate Nico Rosberg is "back to normal", while the German driver has said there is a "great feeling" in the Mercedes camp at the moment.

The duo have not seen eye to eye in recent weeks and Hamilton suggested that Rosberg crashed into him "on purpose" during the Belgian Grand Prix.

There have been fears that Hamilton and Rosberg would continue to scrap throughout the remainder of the season, but Hamilton has insisted that they will work together.

"It seems to be nice and relaxed. Of course it was difficult after Spa, but things look like they are back to normal," Hamilton told BBC Sport.

Hamilton is on pole for the Singapore Grand Prix after finishing just 0.007 seconds ahead of the German, who has also calmed fears that there could be another incident between the two.

Rosberg told BBC Sport: "The atmosphere in the team is very good. It is a great feeling at the moment.

"Yes, we have difficulties - there have been several during the year. That's natural. we're fighting for race wins every single weekend.

"But we discuss and then we move on. We have managed to do that very well this year. Of course it is intense internally and it will remain that way but it is being managed and it works OK at the moment."
