Sebastian Vettel recorded the fastest time in third practice ahead of qualifying for the Malaysian Grand Prix later today.
The Red Bull driver produced a late flying lap to push Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton into second, while Force India's Adrian Sutil was an impressive third.
Mark Webber finished in fourth, suggesting that the Red Bulls look favourites to clinch pole position in qualifying, while Championship leader Kimi Raikkonen ended the session in fifth.
Paul di Resta ensured that Force India finished with two cars in the top six, and fellow Brit Jenson Button produced an improved session in his McLaren with seventh place.
The Ferraris of Felipe Massa and Fernando Alonso were only in eighth and 10th place respectively.
