Sebastian Vettel has reportedly signed a pre-contract agreement to move from Red Bull to Ferrari in 2014.
The Independent on Sunday report that the reigning two-time world champion will move to the Italian team if they can maintain competitive form.
"Insiders are adamant that the German has signed an option with Ferrari for 2014, subject to competitive form from the Prancing Horse stable for the rest of 2012," the newspaper claims.
The future of McLaren driver Lewis Hamilton is also in doubt as his contract with the English team is set to expire at the end of this season.
The 27-year-old is however expected to sign a new deal with McLaren that will make him the highest-paid driver in the sport.
