Sauber drivers Kamui Kobayashi and Sergio Perez have both insisted that the team are confident heading into the second half of the Formula 1 season.
The consistent form of the pairing has put Sauber sixth in the team standings at the halfway point in the campaign and both men believe that they can set high targets for the final nine races.
Kobayashi said: "The team built a very good car with an excellent performance. Since the beginning of the season we have been competitive on most tracks, and this means we can be confident for the remainder of the season."
Perez, who is ninth in the title race, said: "We have to get everything together and make the most out of what we have. The car is quick and for me my first victory would be a dream come true."
The Formula 1 season continues on September 2 in Belgium.
