Max Verstappen of Red Bull has finished first at the Austrian Grand Prix to help his team secure their first victory at the Red Bull Ring.
The Dutchman edged out runner-up Kimi Raikkonen, who set a new lap time of 1:06.957 at the race, by a matter of seconds to claim his fourth career title.
Raikkonen's Ferrari teammate Sebastian Vettel came in third, and that was enough to help him reclaim pole position in the drivers' championship.
Romain Grosjean of Haas came in fourth to collect his first 12 points of the season, while his teammate Kevin Magnussen rounded off the top five.
The Austrian GP proved to be a race to forget for Great Britain's Lewis Hamilton, who lost the lead early on when his team failed to pit him, and later bowed on during the 62nd lap due to a power issue.
Several other drivers, including Nico Hulkenberg, Daniel Ricciardo and the fastest qualifier Valtteri Bottas, also dropped out early due to technical issues.
