Williams have revealed that they will wait at least a month before deciding which drivers they want to begin next season with.
Bruno Senna has partnered Pastor Maldonado this season and despite the team improving this year, the consistency of both drivers is believed to be a concern for the team directors.
However, executive director Toto Wolff insists that they have not made a decision on the future of the duo.
"It's too early," Wolff told the official Formula 1 website. "Sure, we are taking different looks at the issue, but the minute we discuss it we are going to mess-up Pastor and Bruno - and maybe others that we try talking to - so I would give it another month before we are going to have the first idea of what we want.
"Pastor hopefully stays with us and has learned his lessons - so the next logical step would be the top six in the constructors' - or even top five."
Williams are currently seventh in the Constructors' Championship.
