Tiger Woods has admitted that he feels "very good" about his game heading into the Open Championship in Scotland.
The world number one is looking for his 15th major title when he takes to the links at Muirfield this Thursday.
"This is a fantastic championship at one of the best venues," Woods said in a press conference. "It's playing really fast out there. The course is set up perfectly.
"This course is playing similar to Hoylake, it's quick. I've only hit a couple of drivers. Links is predictable but also not predictable. It's kind of neat. I feel very, very good about my game."
Woods has been grouped with Northern Ireland pro Graeme McDowell and 2010 champion Louis Oosthuizen in the first round.
