World number one Luke Donald is hopeful of finishing the season at the top of the European Tour and PGA Tour money lists.
The 33-year-old leads the European Tour list by €1m (£874,000) but things are less clear cut in America.
Donald is $363,000 (£230,000) behind Webb Simpson and needs a top-two finish at this week's Children's Miracle Network Classic.
The Englishman added the final PGA Tour event of the season to his schedule when it became clear that Simpson was ahead of him in the money list.
"Everyone knows why I'm here and I'll give it my best shot," said Donald.
"It would be great to go out there and try and win this event. Hopefully that would be good enough to win the money title."
If Donald wins this week's event, Simpson would need to finish runner-up on his own to take the money list title.
