Matteo Manassero has edged out Louis Oosthuizen in a playoff to win the Singapore Open.
The Italian looked the player to beat on the final day but a round of 67 from Oosthuizen ensured that the frequently-interrupted competition headed for a sudden death decider.
Neither player could come out on top in the first two holes but a birdie from Manassero on the third play-off hole saw the 19-year-old claim his third victory on the European tour.
Oosthuizen's failure to win the tournament means that Rory McIlroy confirmed his spot as the European money list winner following a brilliant round of 65 to finish in third place in behind the South African and Manassero.
