Jimmy Mullen and Anthony Wall currently share a one-shot lead after the second round of the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship at St Andrews.
Mullen, whose appearance at the tournament marks his professional debut, was able to card a three-under-par 69 to help build on his opening score of 64 yesterday, leaving the 21-year-old on 11 under overall.
The more experienced Wall was able to notch a four-under-par 68, inclusive of seven birdies to cancel out three bogeys, on his way to establishing a score to match his English counterpart.
Third place currently sees Jamie Donaldson, Paul Dunne, Thorbjorn Olesen and Chris Stroud all tied at one shot behind.
Things have not been so impressive for reigning champion Oliver Wilson, however, as he finds himself sitting way down in 144th place after recording a second consecutive card of 74 on day two.
