Steve Stricker insisted that Tiger Woods will be in contention at The Masters after playing 14 holes with the world number one on Sunday.
The 46-year-old was impressed by the form Woods showed, particularly with the putter, ahead of the first Major of the year at Augusta National.
Stricker told Sky Sports News: "I played 14 holes with him on Sunday and he's hitting it nicely.
"Looks like he's got a ton of confidence in that putter too, which you need to go around here or anywhere if you're going to win a golf tournament.
"It looks like he's comfortable in his game and what he's doing and I expect him to be in the mix come Sunday for sure."
Woods is favourite to win the event for the fifth time, eight years after his last victory in the tournament.
