Sam Brazel has claimed a one-shot win at the Hong Kong Open to secure his first European Tour title in just his 17th start on the circuit.
The world number 480, previously without a top-three finish on any tour, posted a closing 68 to top the leaderboard in Fanling.
Joint overnight leader with Rafa Cabrera Bello, the Australian fell off the pace with bogeys on the sixth and ninth holes but played flawlessly on the back nine.
Over the final nine holes, the lead changed hands a number of times, and at one point no fewer than six players shared top position.
Danny Willett, Tommy Fleetwood and Andrew Dodt all made a move, but Brazel pulled back in front with a birdie at the 13th.
Cabrera Bello joined the Australian at the top of the board with birdies at the 16th and 17th holes, ensuring that the pair were tied with just one to play.
Brazel's approach to the home hole ended just eight feet from the pin and, while Cabrera Bello was unable to make birdie, Brazel rolled home to take the title by one shot.
Fleetwood finished 11-under-par, with fellow Englishman and Masters champion Willett on nine-under.
