Rafa Cabrera Bello has a one-shot advantage over the rest of the field after carding a six-under-par 64 in the first round of the Hong Kong Open.
The Spaniard had an unblemished round as he hit four birdies and an eagle on the 10th hole, but Frenchman Sebastien Gros is not far behind.
The 27-year-old carded 65, edging slightly ahead of a pack of 10 golfers, all of whom had four-under-par 66 rounds.
Elsewhere in the field, Englishmen Ian Poulter and Danny Willett sit four shots off the pace, while American Patrick Reed had a disappointing round finishing level par with 70.
