Consecutive rounds of 64 have seen Soren Kjeldsen establish a narrow one-shot lead on day two of the KLM Open at Zandvoort.
The Dane finished the day's play just ahead of Wade Ormsby and England's David Horsey, with Horsey's compatriot Matthew Fitzpatrick remaining three shots off the pace after hitting a 10-under-par 60 to move to nine-under overall.
Kjeldsen told reporters: "It feels sweet. It was really good yesterday, and you guys always talk about how it is hard to follow a good round with another one, and I suppose that the statistics show that it is.
"I didn't really have a number in mind or anything, I just kept playing my game and I managed to roll in a few putts again which was nice.
"You have to enjoy the days when things are going well. As you know, in golf we get all sorts, but today was another great day and I am very happy with the way that I played."
Elsewhere, Martin Kaymer hit a second 67 of the week to remain inside the top 20 and ensure that he is in touching distance for the weekend's play.
US veteran Tom Watson all but confirmed that he would keep up his record of never failing to make the cut at a European Tour event by finishing three-under.
