Team GB acrobatic gymnastics duo Hannah Baughn and Ryan Bartlett won their second and third medals at the European Games on Sunday by claiming bronze in both the dynamic and balance events.
The pair, who took bronze in the all-around earlier in the week, secured two podium finishes with two commanding performances on the floor.
Sports Mole caught up with the pair after a successful day at the National Gymnastics Arena in Baku.
Starting with you Hannah, how does it feel having won two medals today? It's quite an achievement...
Baughn: "Yeah, it feels amazing. I love the medals so much, I can't wait to show everyone back home. I just love it!"
Is this the best day you've ever had competing?
Baughn: "Yeah, absolutely. I love the whole place, I love the crowd, I just love going on the floor and doing clean routines as well. It's been great."
How do you rate your performances today? I'm guessing you must be delighted...
Baughn: "We're really happy with today and every other day because we've done five clean routines all week. I'm just so happy we've got the medals."
How about you, Ryan? How are you feeling right now?
Bartlett: "Yeah, I'm feeling good. I'm happy with how we've done today. We now want to get back in the gym, train hard and get ready for the Europeans and do it all again... hopefully!"
Was it tricky refocusing for your second event today after claiming a medal in your first?
Bartlett: "We got our medal, but we both tried not to get too happy about it because we still had a balance routine to do."
Baughn: "We also knew the [second event] would be the hardest for us to get a medal in as well so we had to concentrate."
How much confidence is all of this going to give you going forward?
Baughn: "We feel great. The next time we compete we'll feel so special and everyone will want us to do well, so that'll be really good."
